1. What We Collect
When you submit a form on this website (general enquiry, inspection request, event enquiry or partnership enquiry) we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation and enquiry details. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser/device type, the page you enquired from, and any referral code or campaign (UTM) parameters associated with your visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, manage your membership or booking, maintain accurate business records, and — where you have opted in — send you relevant marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Campaign & Partner Attribution
Where you use a campaign or authorised partner link, we may store a short-lived first-party identifier for up to 30 days to understand the source of your enquiry and maintain accurate business records.
4. Storage & Security
Enquiry data is stored in our operational database and, where documents or images are involved, in Wasabi cloud object storage. Access is restricted to authorised Greenwood BCC staff and is protected by industry-standard security controls.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except: our IT service providers who help us operate this Site and the OMS; as required by law; or with your consent (for example, if your enquiry needs to be shared with a catering or AV partner to fulfil an event request).
